Hi my name is tracey and am I guess an addict/alcoholic.....whatever you wan't to define me as. I am strugling to come off of the benzo's and alcohol. I really don't fit in at the usual places (AA) and am concious of the fact that I am overweight and people are staring at my fat body. Anyway that's a whole other story. I don't even know if Im in the right place or if anyone can hear this ... just want someone to chat to. Am in Australia and there are no sos meetingd where I am so if there is anybody in cyberspace can u pleez reply to take my mind off this anxiety that is consuming me.
