I'm very interested in forming a central Austin meeting group. I live in 78704
and just joined this yahoo group.  I'm not a fan of AA and would appreciate like
minded people to meet with maybe once a week.  Please feel free to email me or
post your interest (I see a thread was started back in June).

Travis told us about your post at the meeting last Wednesday. It might be
possible to get a meeting started at First UU Church on Grover. We could just

Hi Jill/all -

The meetings at the Live Oak church are still active.  It's every
Wednesday at 7:30 PM.   There were four of us that attended last night.
I've been going to that group for about the past 2 months and that's a
good average number of attendees (not always the same people).  I also
live in central Austin and would be very interested in meetings in town.
It would be great if we could increase attendance either in Cedar Park
or create a meeting somewhere in Austin.  Maybe become an advertiser on
Google or something so the group would pop up first? I don't know how
that works or how much that would cost.  Thanks for the email!
