RE: [sos_austin] A question for you

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you very much for joining our group!

To answer your question on whether I believe Live Oak should offer alcohol free events, YES!

To expand on that I must say that truly I myself am not troubled by having alcohol in my presence and abstaining.

That is a personal battle that currently I am winning. However it would be nice not to put others to that test.

Do I believe LOUU needs to become alcohol free, NO.

Some of our members and friends would definitely enjoy the opportunity to enjoy a diner or activity without the presence of alcohol.

Just my 2 cents…. Charles

Subject: [sos_austin] A question for you

Hello,
I just joined this group -- and I have a question.  As a member of
Live Oak church, I'm wondering how you feel about the church sponsoring
dinners or other activities and serving alcohol.  I wonder if you would
like to see some alcohol-free activities.
Feel free to discuss this with others -- I am very interested in
hearing what you all think about this.

Jennifer Swan
