A sudden attack of fear and anxiety which lasts for a short time is known as a
panic attack. To date scientists have not been able to find an apparent reason
why the panic attacks occur and why some people are more susceptible to these
attacks than others. Panic disorder has often been found to run in families, so
genes seem to play an important role in determining who will get it. However
many people develop it due to their situations and problems they come across.
Panic Attacks mostly come without warning so you hardly have the chance to
safeguard yourself. To get a panic attack help you must be able to recognize it
when it occurs.
Some symptoms of generalized anxiety and panic disorders can be noticed as
under. Having a feeling of dizziness, fainting or sickness; Fast heart
palpitations; Feeling a lack of air and short of breath; Excessive sweating and
urination; Pain in the chest; Feeling like you might be dying. These are the
pre-warnings of a panic attack and anxiety disorder which many people suffer;
but they feel embarrassed to seek for panic attack help. You are not alone
facing this problem and if you suffer from anxiety panic disorder, then you
should not hide it. It is time you ask for some panic attack help!
Different people experience different panic attacks and so the help or the
treatment they go for may be different for different anxiety panic disorders.
You may take this panic and anxiety like waves and should not try to fight your
way through them or else you will tire up yourself. Instead you are suggested to
ride these waves of panic and anxiety as if on the top of them. Though it is
difficult to do but if you can manage to stay on the top of it, you will surely
soon come out of its shadow.
