Do you want to stop a panic attack? Have you ever felt extreme nervousness even
when you're in a normal situation that has never bothered you before? Some
people feel tightness within their throats, may experience dizziness, or even
have extreme excessive worries or unwanted thoughts. Most people who suffer from
panic and anxiety attacks have dealt with them for many years, and they
typically exhaust themselves looking for self-help in the forums, and websites.
The truth is that there are certain ways that will help you control your
attacks.
1. Thing thoughts that relax you.
Your thoughts lead to what you feel, and your feeling lead to how your behavior
is. If you are always thinking negative thoughts, then your more than likely to
have negative feelings, some of which you will experience as a panic. But if you
think of thoughts that relax you, then you are going to be much more relaxed and
calm.
2. Exercise
Exercise is very good when things get too overwhelming. Short walks, or short
workouts help a lot too. Personally for me, I like to go out to a big field
behind my hour and walk around the small lake. Sometimes I take my golf club
with me and hit balls around the lake. For me, this makes me feel very relaxed.
When you exercise, you are focusing away from the trigger of panic to something
that is far more constructive. Exercise is a big factor that helps counter
stress and anxiety.
3. Rest. Plenty of rest
When you are low on rest, stress is built up in you, and you are more
susceptible to a panic attack. You need plenty of rest, so that you always feel
fresh.
4. A healthier diet
I recommend getting rid of sodas and high sugared drinks. Make sure you are
getting enough fruits and veggies. This is a lot more important than you might
think. It sounds kindergarten, but a healthy diet will greatly help fight off
stress.
The time has come to stop a panic attack.
