ASAPM is a fully moderated newsgroup providing a friendly, safe
environment for everyone with an anxiety disorder and their families.

Regular contributors include a NY psychiatrist with extensive
experience in Cognitive Behavior and Rational Emotive Behavioral
Therapies, plus a Primary Care Physician and several nurses. All have
personal experience of anxiety and/or panic disorders.
