Hi everyone
I am a NESTA rep and currently helping organize a national Dysphagia course on Risk Management and Ethical considerations in dysphagia. It should be relevant to all client groups adult neuro, L and paeds. We’re keen for a big mix of participants to attend. We’ve also had interest from other professional involved in dysphagia such as Dysphagia Nusres and a nutritional nurse Specialist.
I've attached a flyer for your information. I hope you will all disseminate it to your colleagues and any dysphagia SIGs in your area. We're hoping to get a large numbers of people attending. It will also be advertised in bulletin in the coming months.
I realise the course is running on a Tuesday which was unfortunately the only day we could organise the speakers. The course will be running from 10am onwards to allow for people to travel up on the morning by train if necessary. It's extremely easy access from Newcastle Central Station (about 30 seconds walk!!). There are also plenty of nice hotels and restaurants nearby, should anyone want to stay over.
Feel free to contact me via this email address or the googlemail address stated on the flyer.
