Full Time, Band 8b  £43,221- £53,432

 

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop both your leadership and management skills, as well your clinical skills within this unique, national NHS inpatient provision joining a strong, forward thinking management team.

 

You will need to demonstrate significant working experience of assessment and interventions of working as a member of a multidisciplinary team with very challenging children and adolescents. Some of these young people have a forensic history and are receiving treatment in low/medium secure settings.

 

You will contribute to the national debate on highlighting the needs and increasing the provision for meeting the communication needs of children with mental health needs as well as those of young offenders.

 

You will have had considerable experience in delivering training to others working in this field.

 

You will be responsible for leading and managing a small, enthusiastic team, including 2 Highly Specialist SLTs, an SLT assistant and a full time secretary.
