We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual into the post of Dysphagia Practitioner
This is a Trust wide post to support the assessment and management of dysphagia patients and to provide training and expertise to staff.
The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the stroke multi-disciplinary team and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience of Dysphagia management is essential.
Essential for the post:
• Professional qualification - Professional registration
• Post- graduate qualification in Dyspagia – or the commitment to undertake the training.
• Previous experience at Band 6 or equivalent
• Excellent clinical leadership skills
