Reply | Forward Message #378 of 469 |
Wasn't sure whether to forward this as it is not my field, but we haven't had any info about stammering on this list for ages that I can recall so thought it would make a change :-)
I have added the GMT times in red after the USA times quoted in the email below.

Out of interest, these are -
Best wishes,

Subject: Webinar: Overall Assessment of the Speaker's Experience of Stuttering (OASES)

Please join us for a complimentary Webinar on the Overall Assessment of the Speaker's Experience of Stuttering (OASES)

The OASES is a brief measure of the impact of stuttering on a person's life. Unlike any other tool available today, this self-survey for adults captures the complexity of stuttering in a standardized, measurable way to help you develop interventions tailored to a client's unique situation. Used in conjunction with other measures, the OASES test fills a vital missing piece for speech-language pathologists who want to work in an evidence-based manner with those who stutter. The OASES is available in both English and Spanish.

The Webinar will last about 1 hour and will cover:
1) The theoretical framework that forms the foundation of OASES
2) The components of the assessment
3) The uses and applications of the assessment
4) Your questions and answers

Click on the links below to register for the Webinar date and time that best fits your schedule. Please note the start time for each Webinar is listed in the Eastern Time Zone.  After you register you will receive an email confirming your attendance, along with instructions on how to join the Webinar presentation. Please feel free to forward this invitation to any of your colleagues who would like to attend.
