As a result of investment we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join
the community Stroke Rehabilitation team in Easington.
Working in a variety of community locations the post holder will be responsible
for assisting the speech and language therapist with the delivery of therapy
programmes to individuals with communication and/or swallowing difficulties
following a stroke. As the community stroke team is multi-disciplinary you will
have the opportunity to work with members of the team as part of a holistic
approach to stroke rehabilitation.
