FYI - Hope this is helpful. I use Mailwasher to screen dodgy emails and
Firetrust, who sell it, send me this sort of security alert every once in a
while.
Best wishes,
Liz Panton

MAILWASHER SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENT
=====================================
Hi, it's Nick Bolton from Firetrust.
I hope MailWasher Pro is working well for you. Thanks for registering your
copy.
I'm sending you this newsletter to alert you to a nasty email virus which
has just appeared. At the time of writing this newsletter, the antivirus
companies don't appear to have updated their signatures to catch this virus.

If you receive one of the following emails :
"Subject line : Photo Approval Needed
Hello,
Your photograph was forwarded to us as part of an article we are publishing
for our May edition of Business Monthly. Can you check over the format and
get back to us with your approval or any changes you would like. If the
photograph is not to your liking then please attach a preferred one.
Kind regards,

or this :
"Hello,
I noticed whilst browsing your site that there were problems with some of
your links, when I tried again with Internet Explorer the problems were not
there so I assume that they were caused by me using the Mozilla browser.
As more people are turning to alternative browsers now it may be of help for
you to know this. I have enclosed a screen capture of the problem so your
team can get it fixed if you deem it an issue.
Kind regards,
James Andrews

then delete them immediately. They have .zip files attached to them called
'Screenshot of Site.zip' and 'Photo-Approval-Needed.zip'. Under no
circumstances should you open these attachments.
You can view these messages safely in MailWasher Pro and delete them off the
server before they reach you.
If you're running Firetrust Benign, you can set it to block .zip files by
following the instructions here :

These virus messages are extremely sophisticated and appear to have fooled a
large number of Internet users. So be careful!
