Re - my posting on the 16th December.

Many thanks to everyone who completed a questionnaire, I am
very grateful for your time and assistance. I will be issuing a
consensus document when I have gathered some more data.

It is not too late for any of you who have not yet returned the
questionnaire. All comments are welcome.

If there are any more SLT's working with ALD clients out there
who can complete a questionnaire please get in touch as I still
require more participants. (see my 16/12/04 posting for more
details)
