POST 1:
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Adult Neurology and Dysphagia
SP31-33, £28,016 - £30,302 pa,
Full Time, Permanent
Ref 7/158

You will be an experienced speech and language therapist who will
deliver acute (50%) and community (50%) services to adults.

Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, acute services will be
delivered in the newly built General Hospital.

Experience of working with clients with neurological conditions is
necessary and accredited training in dysphagia is essential.

You will be part of a small, dynamic team that values
multi-disciplinary working and have the support of an experienced
Dysphagia Advisor.

POSTS 2 & 3:
(Emerging) Speech and Language Therapists
Adults and Special Needs (2 Posts)
SP20-25, £18,197 - £22,143 pa
Ref: 7/159

Five sessions are available for working with adults (predominantly
neurological conditions) and the remainder for children with special
needs.

There are opportunities to work within the Autism Resource Base in
Darlington, supported by an experienced specialist therapist.

Both the Adults Team and Special Needs Team have an active in-service
training programme and will provide appropriate mentorship.

For both posts a car driver essential.

Both posts are suitable for job share and part-time and/or term time
only working.
