Band 2, Spine Point 23-27 (dependent upon experience),

This is an exciting opportunity to join North Tyneside's dynamic,
friendly team of therapists who work in the full range of clinical
settings across the borough.
We can offer

Scope for rotation into different areas of the service.

A highly skilled, dedicated team of assistants.

We have a nationally recognised track record of innovation and
clinical excellence. Staff teams are encouraged to explore new ways
of implementing research evidence into everyday practice.

With clinical leadership in: Community Paediatrics, Special Needs,
Early Intervention and Adult Services our four integrated clinical
teams enjoy established working partnerships with acute services,
Social Services, the LEA and private sector.

Close links are maintained with Newcastle University, and therapists
have full access to library and R&D facilities within North Tyneside
PCT and Northumbria Healthcare. Staff are invited to participate in
lecturing on the pioneering BTEC course for Assistant Speech and
Language Therapists, in conjunction with colleagues in Northumberland
and Tynemouth College. You will be required to be a member of RCSLT
and registered with HPC and to hold a current driving licence
