In March 2003 a survey was conducted of the charitable, educational
and health communication aid service providers to identify experiences
and current views of the communication aids market.

This was published in March 2004 by NHS PASA in March 2004 but afraid
that I have only just spotted it :(

Makes interesting reading and contains some useful data for further
analysis.
