We are looking for two Clinicians to join our well-established large Department for Adult's with acquired neurological communication and swallowing disorders.

We can offer work across a range of clinical settings including:

• acute inpatients
• community outpatients
• stroke rehabilitation unit
• regional neurosciences centre.

There is excellent senior Speech and language Therapy support within our department. Underpinning our practice, there is a strong commitment to continuing professional development.

POST 1: Band 3
Spine points 36 - 38
£33,021 - £35,715

• Dysphagia experience and skills essential

We are looking for an experienced specialist therapist to work 13 sessions in our Stroke Rehabilitation Unit and 4 sessions in an acute setting. The rehabilitation unit has an established, effective MDT and you would be responsible for leading and delivering the specialised clinical speech and language therapy service to adults with communication & swallowing problems. You would also supervise a junior speech and language therapist.

POST 2: Band 2
Spine points 24 - 30
£19,835 - £26,097 depending on experience

• Dysphagia experienced preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience with adults required.

This is a unique opportunity for someone wishing to develop their skills. You would work alongside other speech and language therapists in the adult service in inpatient and outpatient settings.
