This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the maternity leave of the previous post holder.
Sessional work is available in the Speech & Language Therapy service at the same grade to allow applicants to work full-time, if desired.

Multi-professional team in Dormanstown and Kirkleatham for pre-school and school age children with special needs.

The post-holder will work with a variety of communication impaired children in their homes and day care environments, including schools. Liaison with the multi-disciplinary team and the local SLT service over the caseload is essential, and there is a health promotion element to the job which will involve liaison with the local community and the wider health team.
