Dear All,
What do you allocate to therapists etc for long service after 5 and
10 years?
In our Trust we give 30 days plus 3 from local agreement with Trust
as basic. Only those working below spine pt 30 actually benefit from
long service, as they get 25days, plus 3 from Trust, plus long
service of 3 days (for 5 yrs) or 5 days (for 10 yrs).
Please let me know if I owe my staff about 3 years back-dated annual
leave.
