Subject  RCSLT national conference joined up with the 5th CPLOL Congress - 5-7 September 2003, Edinburgh

In recognition of the European Year of People with Disabilities RCSLT is joining with professional associations in speech and language therapy across Europe, to host the international conference (which subsumes the RCSLT national conference) called:

Evidence-based Practice: A challenge for Speech and Language Therapists
5 - 7 September 2003 at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh

The scientific programme starts with the official opening and two of the keynote speakers at 9.45 am on Friday, 5th September, and ends with a plenary round table session with the three keynote speakers at 12.30 pm on Sunday 7th September 2003.

There will 50 free papers, over 100 posters, a large exhibition (with Saturday market), and a social programme which includes an informal Scottish Evening on Friday night, and a Gala Evening at Dynamic Earth on Saturday night with a wine reception held in the Dynamic Earth Galleries, dinner and entertainments (shuttle buses will collect and return delegates to Heriot-Watt University).
