Has anyone else been diagnosed this way? I have been told that my
chronic sinusitus is a mucosal problem (chronically inflamed tissue )
plus polypoid changes which are not really polyps so can't be removed.
I get one infection after other and they are extraordinarly painful I
guess because of the state of my tissues. I sometimes use prednisone
and have already had 5 surgeries over the last 22 years but the
problem continues. I feel so debilitated that I feel like giving up.
I have used all the irrigations and medications out there. Does anyone
know of any new kind of procedure to treat sinus membrane? Is there
any hope for stem cell research for chronic sinusitus?
