I've been using home made CS up my nose pretty much daily for the last 7
years or so, so I'm pretty sure it won't cause too many problems.
My concern is with the 300 ppm Angstrom silver (silver citrate) I am now
using.
I used saline and saline with sodium bicarbonate as Terry suggests
before I started using CS. I agree, this works great for most sinus
infections, colds etc. In the end I made a sort of high tech neti pot,
using an enema kit - saline goes in the bag and I used one of those
rubber things that cashiers use to count banknotes turned inside out
with a hole in it so it fits up my nose glued to the hose. I think that
aspergillus and possibly other fungal infections are at least an order
of magnitude more difficult to get rid of than bacterial infections.
Don't ignore fungus in your home, car or workplace! It could ruin your life!
