Hi Paul:
Unfortunately, based upon people who have acquired argyria with silver
protein nasal sprays, argyria would most likely first show up on the face
when acquired via intranasal use.
I agree with you; there is no actual danger of mixing CS with salt after the
production process, although it is possible that it could reduce the
effectiveness.
Hopefully, you'll be able to wipe out the infection.
