my cs varies from 8 ppm to 15ppm and still the same thing happens and
I get them even when I don't hold in my mouth but there were worse ie
larger and sorer when I held in my mouth for a while or under my
tongue. I find now if I just drink it and only every night I get them
less but still in search of an answer on this from anyone 'in the know'
