I have been using cs for only 2 months and have had tiny sore white
spots on my tongue. I was using to swish around my mouth, hold in my
mouth for 3 to 5 minutes and then swallowing. I have stopped using it
for a week and the sores have gone. Just yesterday I was telling my
spouse that I think the sores were from CS and wondering whats up with
that???? I use a sivergen and make it to aprox. 12 ppm. All equipment
is keep clean and I use distilled water also.
Any suggestions from the others on this site would be appreciated.
