Hi Howard:
The individual who initially sent the testimonial emailed and asked
that it be removed. The individual's viral counts spiked on
Mesosilver, so they got upset about the claims made, and their haste
to submit a testimonial.
...which is far different from most -- but not all -- of the cases
I've followed with other forms of EIS, such as Silvergen Produced CS
( and those who have, over the years, reported good results following
our 3 month test protocol ).
Like many other companies that sell colloidal silver in ANY form,
Mesosilver is not on our best side, due the one-sided nature of their
arguements that do not present the whole truth.
I have no problem with Mesosilver as a product. But they are way
behind the times in research truth, and continue to cling only to the
material that they use to market their products.
To be fair, I also have not posted the many, many complaints I've
received about Mesosilver as well; I get more complaints about
Mesosilver than any other product or company, usually from those who
are very, very well educated.
The testimonials listed at the colloid forum are placed there by
those who sell the product. There are no checks and balances in
place. It is nearly fraudulent, as many visitors believe that it is
an independent forum.
Any individual is welcome to contact us to include their Mesosilver
testimonial. There is no prejudice against testimonials for their
products. I do not, however, pilfer testimonials or use the very
common "testimonial stuffing" methods to fill pages. The information
we present has been done in a very careful manner, and usually for
very specific reasons.
As an example, we would never post acne testimonials, because this is
very irresponsible. Over the years, I've spent more time cleaning up
the "messes" other companies make with such product claims.
Sometimes, I feel that these companies should be sending monthly
check for the free support we give to their customer base...because,
of course, colloidal silver will very often NOT work with poor facial
skin conditions, and hardly ever with true cystic acne ( and thus,
the angry emails I get from product customers ). This has nothing to
do with silver effectiveness, it has to do with the cause of the
original problem ( in this one example, acne ).
The angry emails I get about Mesosilver demonstrate this... I have
to take the time to explain to these product victims why their skin
condition has gotten markedly WORSE when using Mesosilver.
The explanation is long and takes some background information, so,
yes, I get a bit upset at the marketing ploys of such companies, and
the HONEST CS companies agree, and do not follow such practices.
Honestly, the Mesosilver customer service people should be fielding
these questions... but they cannot, because they do not know the
answers, which is why such testimonials should be removed.
Incidently, I never badmouth Mesosilver to individuals or customers,
I simply indulge in an annual or bi-annual rant about them on one of
the silver lists ( in this case, our very own list ;O). Frances Key
has done some great science, but he's also done some great disservice
spawned from a desire to market a product.
Best Regards,
~ Jason
