I have emphysema myself and I live a very normal life
with it because of the things I do. My main problem
still is breathlessness when walking even on the
slightest upgrade; I also tend to want to walk fast
and my lungs don't like that too much. That has
improved somewhat since I have been using a
product called Holy Tea. I am not on oxygen.

I understand that people with emphysema can spend
the rest of their life continually battling lung infections
and pneumonia. I had pneumonia twice when I was
not able to afford supplements. With a few supplements
and herbs this can be prevented. One may also experience
better lung function.

One of the things I do is take 3000 mgs of Vitamin C
every day. I take it all at once, once every day. One
of the best Vitamin Cs on the market is one called
Ascorbamin. It costs a bit more but works the best.

It is available from a company called Ultimate Life
Products. Yes, I am a distributor for the company but
I do strive to look for companies with the best products.
Since there are many to choose from, it is not difficult
to find excellent products. If you wish, you can buy
Vitamin C from a health store or a drug store. It may
not be as effective but may be somewhat cheaper and
yes, it will work to a degree. The stores make a profit,
too. :)) Ascorbamin contains minerals and other
ingredients as well as Vitamin C which enhance each

What the vitamin C does is to keep my lungs from
becoming congested. As soon as I miss a day of taking
Vitamin C, I am coughing up phlegm and my breathing
then becomes more labored.

If you don't get much sun, I strongly recommend taking
Vitamin D supplements ...up to 2000 IU per day to
prevent lung cancer, etc. Both Vitamin A and D are
great lung vitamins. I also recommend taking a good
Multi Vitamin and Mineral tablet every day. Although,
I don't believe in overdosing too much, I do think it is
better to take more when you have a health challenge.

If you do get a lot of sun, do not use sunscreen unless
you are sensitive to the sun. Sunscreen has only been
around for about 35 years and I believe it is just a trick
by big corporations to get people to buy another product
by scaring the h... out of them. Skin cancer and
many of the other cancers are caused, in my opinion
by the junk we eat and drink. There is an easy way to
get rid of skin cancer but that is not the topic of this
email.

I am a great believer in supplements of every kind and
including herbs. One of the products that I recently
discovered is Holy Tea, an herbal formula that does a

I am planning to use the Holy Tea in my nebulizer and
I will let you know how that works. When I get some
colloidal silver, I will be adding a bit of the silver with
the tea in my nebulizer. You might want to try that if

for use with these natural products.

A couple more things that I forgot to include.I'm using a very small submersible
fountain pump.And almost 1 gal of distilled water.Also the diode is reversed,
kathode towards the power supply.
