I don't know what Colloidal Silver would do for your friend
but I believe he would be helped with the following
products:

Crystal Clear Neutralizer Gel
Crystal Clear Neutralizer if he is able to drink.
Natural Green Soap.

These are all natural products that have done amazing things
for many different ailments. If it were me, I would use these
products as follows.

Mix the small amount of the Soap with an equal amount of
Neutralizer and rub it on the chest area. I am assuming
that the problem is in the lungs. If not, rub it on the area
involved. Then using a damp cloth wipe it off. Then rub
the area with this again and this time leave it on. Then
when it is almost dry, rub the Gel into the area. Do this
every half hour for the first couple of hours and then
every hour perhaps then adjust the frequency. If he
can take in liquids have him drink an ounce of the
liquid Neutralizer every 2 hours 4 times a day for a
couple of days. Then reduce the amount. We don't
usually take this much except when there is an
emergency such as this.
