new to the list and I've been researching CS for over a week now and
I'm more confused prior to starting to research :(

Stir No, Bubbles Yes, no wait, Bubbles no, stir Yes. LOL

9v? No, 36 Yes, no wait. the other way around.

That's my problem at this point. I'm struggling with whether to build
or buy. I've ordered some .9999 pure silver 12g rods from atlas nova,
I've got an aquarium bubbler, and I've got a small converter for a
keyboard that puts out 3,6,9,12 V from AC to DC.

What do you think about this setup and I was wondering how I tell when
the batch is complete.

I wish I could understand some of the schematics I see on the web. I'm
an expert with the soldering iron, but not with the schematics.
