If the 500 PPM material has a deep yellow color and will stain a piece of
cloth then it is NOT a silver hydrosol. It is a silver compound and it can and
will cause argyria.
I have received about half a dozen samples for others for testing for PPM and
they all are compounds.
An electrolytic produced product is colorless in thin sections and will not
stain paper or cloth.
