Thanks for the info about the selenium.
I'm currently taking daily Alpha lipoic Acid
supplements to combat liver damage caused by
hepatitis. The ALA is only a part of the regimen
which is also includes Selenium and Milk
Thistle.
I haven't yet included the Selenium and Milk
Thistle portions because I am introducing the
components one at a time.
Now, after reading your post, I guess I need to
do some research into how selenium reacts
with silver.
