Just some general thoughts and views.

I have been making and using CS for over 3 years now and reading your
website letters and comments for about as long, and it is my opinion that
most folks worry too much about everything. I make my CS using tapwater out
of my well (140 ft), a couple of pure silver wires from a local jeweler and
an old 9.5 volt dc "wall wart" transformer that I had left over from some
unused electronic device. I brew my CS batches for about 18 minutes in 24
oz glass until I get enough to fill the bottles I use to store it. I do not
drink it regularly except for an occasional sore throat or flu or stomach
upset. I spray it on everything from cuts from shaving (haven't turned
blue yet), abrasions, hangnails, itchy eyes, sore dry finger cuts, bug bites
and general itches and athletes foot (which I used to have regularly but
since using CS has left my life entirely). My 5 yr old grandson runs around
barefoot in the summer and when he steps on something that makes his foot
hurt, he goes to mom to spray on some of grandpa's silver stuff. All he
knows is it stops the hurt. My 7 year old granddaughter is allergic to our
cat and we discovered that spraying it in her eyes almost instantly reduces
the itch and redness. Sometimes I wake up in the night with dry and itchy
eyes and a spray or two works wonders. And on and on. I have found no
downside to it and don't worry about whether the particles are too small,
too big too many or too few, or whether the water is distilled or boiled or
whatever -- I figure the silver itself will sterilize it quite nicely. I
think too many people who sell the stuff are needlessly worrying everyone
about the purity or particle size or the color or whatever to justify the
excessive price of their product. So there.

Ted
