This group was founded by Lydia, Jacob's mommy about 6 months after the loss of her son Jacob to SIDS. Jacob was born February 12, 1999 and died April 29, 1999. This group accompanies the SIDS Families website. The members of this group are not counselors or other professionals, they're all grieving members of families who have lost a child to a sudden infant death. This group isn't appropriate for children, otherwise please understand that this particular group is a general grief support group for ANY adult family member who is grieving a SIDS death.
