Ranchero Pork With Lime-Marinate Onions

Ingredients
1 14 oz Jar Roasted Ranchero Cooking Sauce (Pace Brand)
1 4 oz can dice green chiles
3 1/2 bone-in pork shoulder roast well trim
1 medium red onion sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Serve with: corb tortillas warmed as per package directions
Directions
1. Mix cooking sauce and chiles in a 4-qt or large slow-cooker.
2. Add pork and spoon sauce over the top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until very tender.
4. At least 20 minutes before serving toss onion slices with lime
juice in a medium bowl.
5. Let Stand tossing once or twice until wilted.
6. Remove pork to a cutting board.
7. Stir cilantro into mixture in slow-cooker.
8. Break pork into bite-size chunks with a wooden spoon.
9. Return to cooker and stir to mix.
10. Spoon pork mixture on warm tortillas.
11. Top with marinated onions.
