creamsicle cheesecake

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c splenda/or white sugar
2 lg eggs
3/4 c sour cream
1 t vanilla
1/2 t orange extract
1/2 t orange koolaid powder, sugar free (I used the powder that
doesn't have
sugar in it)
1/2 t water

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese
and splenda/sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beat well.
Add the sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Place 3/4 c of the
mixture in a small bowl. Mix together the koolaid powder, orange
extract & water, stir well then add to the 3/4 c of cream cheese
mixture.
