Herbed Vegetable Combo

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini, cut into strips
1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into strips
1 rib celery, cut into strips
1/2 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Ingredients
1 In a large skillet combine zucchini, yellow squash, celery, green
peppers, onion and 1/4 cup water.
2 Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until
vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain
3 Stir in tomatoes and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low heat for
5 minutes more or until tomatoes are heated through.
