Nice little side dish or lunchtime meal

Serves 6
Ingredients
2 Bunches Kale Trimmed and chopped
1 Tsp Vegetable oil
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Bell-Pepper
2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Toasted Sesame seeds
Direction
1. In a dutch oven bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Add Kale cover and cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally
3. Uncover and cook until water evaporate abut 3 minuted
4 Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saut`e
garlic and bell-pepper for 1 minute. Add Kale cook and stir for 3
minutes.
5. Transfer Kale to boil, toss with sesame oil. Season with salt (or
nosalt) and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds
