The Shape Shifting process is broken down into four basic components: Challenges, Makeovers, Triumphs and Intentions, which are logged every week in a notebook, journal or your Shape Shifters Workbook (or here, in this group!).
Challenges—things we’d like to change, things that hold us back
Intentions—positive statements of intent to conquer this week’s Challenges
Triumphs—positive results we’ve seen from last week’s Challenges
Makeovers—little things we do to make ourselves feel or look better
