This group has mostly been taken over by spam. I have written the
moderator/owner a few times with no response. I believe no one is
maintaining the group.
I have an excellent group called Selective Mutism Support Group which is
available at
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Selectivemutismsupportgroup/ (this is a
similar name to the group we are now writing in, but without the '2') I
encourage everyone to join this group, since it is very active. We have many
excellent links as well as files and information directly from the authour
of the wonderful Selective Mutism Manual, Maggie Johnson.
I hate to think that there are people out there who have no one to ask
questions to about Selective Mutism, so please feel free to join.
Julie (group owner of

Subject: [Selective Mutism Support Group] Re: Why BreasCancer is Dangerous
for life and how it will recoved?
I'm a new member and while I appreciate that education regarding
cancer is vital, isn't this supposed to be a support group for
Selective Mutism?? It seems that, with the exception of 1 message,
all of the messages I have received would be considered JUNK/SPAM!!!
So far these are the messages I've received:
"Why BreasCancer is Dangerous for life and how it will recoved?"
"shop cdntire travelocity toysRus BBC HickoryFarms TigerDirect Pingo
Disney"
"I have added you to my friends network today!"
"demanding child"
Is this the norm for this group??
