need some one to talk to about sm

Hi I am now to this. My little girl is 5 and has
SM.. there is not alot known about it where I live..
So that support I get is from people who think that
I don't need to worry and that she will come out of
this by her self. HELP Me.. is there some one I can
just chat with I don't know what to do other then cry.
I am glad I was able to find this group, at least
you know what is going on.
