Thanks Diane
Well the pegline op which my mum was due to have has been delayed
because of a bed shortage and the consultant at the hospital not
thinking mum as a priority which is frustrating. But Mum has now
been sick free for the last 10 days which is the longest gap for ages
and ages and she is actually looking better in her face although
still painfully thin, but I wonder if we have turned a corner. Her
legs are swollen which her GP says is due to lack of protein so we
are watching this at the moment.
Thanks for your thoughts and prayers

dreadful disease and the extent of taking medication for the last 10
years has really taken its toll on my mother - she is now down to
just over 6.5 stone. We are waiting for confirmation that she can go
into hospital where they will fit a pegline. They hope she'll
contain the fluid to help her put wait on.
