One thing we, with scleroderma, have to do is fight. I was diagnosed 5
years ago and I will be honest, there were times that I wanted to give
up because I was telling myself that I was going to die anyway. I
finally got in the right state of mind and fought it!
I started a support group in Orlando, Florida my first meeting I had 1
person, by the time we moved to Illinois there were over 60 members.
One thing we need to remember is we are not in this alone and the best
thing is to have good support wheather it be family, friends or
support groups.
I know your sister is sadly missed and nothing people can say will take
the hurt away.
Continue getting the word out there about this awful illness!
