Good evening everyone!

thanks so much for your posting Debbie - i have been debating for some
time now about the future of this group. let's see if we can't shake up
the coals a little bit and get the fire burning again.

i'm asking that each of you respond to this email, or go to the group
and post a message - a roll call. tell us what is going on with you,
any new news?

I'll get us started -

My mom SD wise has been pretty ok recently. the breast cancer seems to
be behind us too - almost 4 years cancer free now.

the newest "thing" seems to be a couple of little bumps that look like a
bug bite, but has no entrance point...on her leg. so we are watching
that closely - as you all know, it can take forever for these things to
go away.

the only other thing recently was microscopic blood in her urine - tests
show some gravel in her kidneys - so good to know it's not SD related,
nor is it anything to worry about.

it's been pretty cold here lately - so she has been hibernating.

i've been busy - i'm now teaching almost full time...life is busy for me
and my DH.

My sister had a baby a few months ago, and my mom has been excited and
frustrated at the same time - as much as she wants to , she can't change
a diaper - good and bad right!? but she can hold him and feed him, and
spoil him just the same. they just don't live close enough for her...or
aunt diane!

so - that's where i'm at in a really small nutshell -

drop us all a note and let us know what you've been up to...

i pray for you all everyday - even though we have been REALLY quiet
lately, you are all in my thoughts and prayers...

although i haven't posted in awhile, i have been busy on our behalf. i
have "spread the word" about our group to many SD sites, so we are
listed in many places...and letting people know we are still open for
business...
