That is really interesting. It is heartening that some progress is
being made for treatment of scleroderma sufferers who have this
terrible problem with ulcers.
If I may say so, it's also a little sad when I read about possible
advances - I lost my closest friend 18 months ago to scleroderma. He
had awful ulcers and ultimately infection spread to his bones. If
only something had been available to help him.. but it wasn't to be.
I think the article is about prevention more than cure though.
Thanks for keeping this group going. I hope more will write in. I
didn't know whether to stay, but I will always take an interest in
scleroderma and admire those who struggle with it daily.
