My wife has diffuse disease, with mild pulm
hypertension. Now they are saying she may have a restrictive
cardiomyopathy, and they want to repeat her heart cath in
Pittsburgh. However, while our insurance allowed us to be
seen at Dr. Medsger's clinic there, they will not
approve a heart cath there. Anyone with experience with
this? What should we say in the appeal process?
