hello!Thats has just freaked me out to know your almost a year out and only lost
20 pounds.I'm at my year on the 17th of this month and i've lost 70 pounds.I've
had trouble with being to tight on 2 occassions and nothing would stay down but
water and that was during the day time hours,at nite i thought i was
dieing.Things that were soft would go down during the day but only a
spoonful. And tightness really occurs during our monthy cycle.Go and get adjusted
they don't want you in pain or uncomfortable.I got three fills and adjusted two
times before i got the right fit.I'm in the newport news area if you are near or
need a friend to help you though good or bad times e-mail me.i'll help you out.
keep your head up,do not by no means stress yourself out everyone's body is
different. You'll lose it.Wishing you all the best.Good
luck!----sch_lap_band_support@yahoogroups.com, "mysondonte" <mysondonte@...>
