I have had that problem before. but I had to learn how to really break
my food down. I don't eat bread that doesn't go down good at all. I
want to know how often do you get adjustments. Because I had the
surgery in October and I'm down 42lbs, so it seems strange to me that
your only down 20 and its been almost a year.
