talk to your doc-sometimes he will let a tiny bit out,and it is helpful,but not enough to make you gain weight.Have you tried to drink a shake for breakfast?I put 2 scoops of whey in my morning coffee,add a little sweetnlow and fat free half and half,and go.Seems to hold me for quite awhile.Good luck
