Again school is killing me but we will be on winter break soon
All i can say it that you only get out of somthing what you put into it be it
your job, your
family or your health
I am so sorry that i cant be here more working on this but my school and job
have to come
first.
Just a note my weight is steady at about 223 (down from 312) and i feel good i
know i can
lose more but with everything going on its all i can do is maintain
