Congratulations on this big step...you won't regret it. I had my surgery October 07 and being perfectly honest haven't kept up with the exercise like I should have but I've lost 52 lbs. Started at a size 20/22 now I'm in 14/16. Hardest part for me was getting my mind and stomach to cooperate. Mentally I still wanted to eat eat eat and of course physically I couldn't...but it gets easier over time. The first few days after surgery were ok for me...being honest the worst part was gas...or not being able to pass it! They inflate you during surgery to make sure there's no leaks and some of that gas stays with you...gas ex helped and walking helped a lot. I was on the track walking maybe 2 days after surgery! Take it slow and don't get frustrated the pounds will slip away but it will take time! Good luck and congrats again!
